Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Standard Shipping — Expedited Parcel™ (Tracked)

This is our default shipping method and applies to all standard orders.

BC Lower Mainland: 2–3 business days

BC Island & Interior: 3–5 business days

Northern / Remote BC: 5–7 business days

Prairies (AB/SK/MB): 3–5 business days

Ontario & Quebec: 4–7 business days

Atlantic Canada: 5–9 business days

All shipments include tracking.


Express Shipping — Xpresspost™ (Paid Upgrade)

2-day delivery between major urban centers

Fully tracked

Faster delivery to remote areas, typically 3–5 days

Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate of $25.00 across Canada.

Note: Delivery standards are estimates only. Actual times may vary due to weather, location, carrier volume, or other factors.


Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are simple and based on your location:

Standard Shipping (Expedited Parcel):
$9.99–$14.99 depending on province/region

Xpresspost:
$25.00 flat rate (optional upgrade)

Free Shipping:
Automatically applied to orders over $125 (standard shipping only)

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.


Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, nicotine pouches cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
